  • XpressBees

  • Ekart

  • Bluedart

  • Ecom Express

  • Amazon Transportation Services

Your order will be shipped using one of these logistics providers based on your delivery location and service availability.


🕒 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 24–48 business hours of receiving payment or order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • In peak seasons or sale events, processing may take up to 72 hours.

Prepaid Orders 3–5 business days (faster dispatch)
COD Orders 7–9 business days (post verification)

Note: Delivery time may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, strikes, or courier partner delays.


🔐 Cash on Delivery (COD) Order Verification

  • All COD orders are verified via phone call or WhatsApp message within 24 hours.

  • Orders will be shipped only after successful verification.

  • Unverified COD orders will be automatically cancelled after 2 attempts to reach the customer.


💳 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee may be charged (will be displayed at checkout).

  • COD orders may include an additional service fee (if applicable).


🌍 Serviceable Locations

We ship across all major cities and towns in India. However, delivery to certain remote or unserviceable PIN codes may be restricted. If we’re unable to deliver to your location, you will be notified, and a full refund (if paid) will be issued.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking ID and courier details will be shared via email and/or SMS.

  • You can track your package on our website or directly through the courier’s tracking page.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact us.


📦 Delivery Attempts & Rejections

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • If you are unavailable, the package may be returned to us.

  • Repeated rejection of COD orders may lead to restriction from placing future COD orders.


📸 Unboxing Video Policy

To be eligible for returns/refunds, we require a clear unboxing video taken from the moment you open the sealed package, without cuts or edits. This helps us verify product condition and claims.


⚠️ Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or tampered, do not accept delivery and notify us immediately.

  • In case of a lost shipment, we will work with the courier partner to investigate and process a replacement or refund as applicable.


🕘 Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays or regional restrictions

  • Courier service backlogs

  • Natural calamities or unforeseen events

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.
